We as parents know that digital literacy has become an essential tool for navigating the present and the future. In our special courses, our dedicated trainers will help your kids become self-confident and conscious users of digital tools and online platforms including the basics of programming. All this, in a playful, fun, and easily understandable way.

Improve your kids’ digital skills!

Like most kids, your child will also grow up with a smart phone or tablet in hand, either in the home environment or outside of it. Equip your kids with the tools and critical thinking skills that can help them navigate an increasingly digitized future. This course will cover the basics of algorithmic thinking and programming, digital content creation, as well as internet use and safety. It will also introduce kids to computer hardware, digital devices, and robotics. With us, your kids can enjoy the path to digital literacy, learning essential skills in a playful manner!

Requirements

Kids do not need any previous training or knowledge to complete this course.

Necessary software

  • For our in-Logiscool course: A Google account is necessary for participation. We provide all the necessary tools for the course.
  • In case, the school opens online courses: To participate in the online course, each student will need a laptop or a computer at home with a solid internet connection, a built-in or external microphone, a Google account and a mouse. We recommend having a headset and a web camera as well. The software needed for online communication is provided by us.

ENROLLMENT

The courses of Logiscool Anderlecht are taught in groups of 4 to 12 students, according to the Logiscool methodology and its international program, certified by Education Alliance Finland.

PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND PAYMENT

The next course module begins during the week of 23 September 2024.

The students that have already followed courses in Logiscool Anderlecht will receive by email the information needed for a simplified re-registration.

For the advanced students that followed coding courses in a different organisation than Logiscool, we propose knowledge tests so they can incorporate a Logiscool group adapted for their knowledge. Please contact us by email: hello.anderlecht@logiscool.com.

The new students - beginner level - will be able to register for a course directly on our website as of the 26 August 2024.

Courses take place:

  • in class, weekly sessions of 90 min, groups of 6 to 12 students
  • premium individual lessons, 1 to 1, on request

You will find further down the page the details of each course, as well as the possible timetable and the registration form.


PRICE:

Registrations are made for the period September 2024 - June 2025.

Logiscool Anderlecht is recognized by the Office of Birth and Childhood (ONE). From now on, you can claim a maximum of € 15,70 per day of care and per child under 14 years old.

The registration amount can be paid:

  • per year, at the time of registration, benefiting of a 10% discount: 660 euros instead of 730 euros.
  • per semester, at the time of registration, and a second payment on the 15th of January 2025 at the latest, benefiting of a 5% discount: 2x350 euros instead of 2x365 euros.
  • in 10 installements: a first payment of 146 euros at the time of registration, followed by monthly payment of 73€. Payements will be made before 5th of each month. Total amount: 730€

In case of missed lessons, we offer students the possibility of catching up in a different group, or individually.


DISCOUNTS:

  • RETURNING STUDENT (minimum 1 semester of courses followed in Logiscool): 5%
  • FRIENDS (for a groupe of 3 friends, all NEW Logiscool students: 5%
  • SIBLINGS (all registered in Logiscool; discount for each registered child): 5%

Maximum discount: 15%

To benefit from the discounts, all conditions must be met in the same Logiscool school. The Logiscool unit will check the reductions after registration and reserves the right to accept or refuse them. If you are eligible for a discount, the amount will be indicated in the email with the timetable confirmation.
