We as parents know that digital literacy has become an essential tool for navigating the present and the future. In our special courses, our dedicated trainers will help your kids become self-confident and conscious users of digital tools and online platforms including the basics of programming. All this, in a playful, fun, and easily understandable way.

Improve your kids’ digital skills!

Like most kids, your child will also grow up with a smart phone or tablet in hand, either in the home environment or outside of it. Equip your kids with the tools and critical thinking skills that can help them navigate an increasingly digitized future. This course will cover the basics of algorithmic thinking and programming, digital content creation, as well as internet use and safety. It will also introduce kids to computer hardware, digital devices, and robotics. With us, your kids can enjoy the path to digital literacy, learning essential skills in a playful manner!

Kids do not need any previous training or knowledge to complete this course.

Necessary software

  • For our in-Logiscool course: A Google account is necessary for participation. We provide all the necessary tools for the course.
  • In case, the school opens online courses: To participate in the online course, each student will need a laptop or a computer at home with a solid internet connection, a built-in or external microphone, a Google account and a mouse. We recommend having a headset and a web camera as well. The software needed for online communication is provided by us.

Detailed information

Course period

Our courses start the week of 16 September 2024 and run until 15 June 2025. The academic year will consist of 34 sessions. They will be held once a week, in 2x45 minute classes. Groups start at 15.00 and 16.40 on weekdays and at 9.30 and 11.10 on Saturdays. A letter will be sent to all parents the week before the start of the course with all the important information about the start of the course.

Discounts
  • Group discount: 5% - for a minimum of 4 new students enrolling together for the first time. The discount applies to the first academic year of the Logiscool course.
  • Sibling discount: 5% - if both siblings register for the same school year. The discount is valid as long as both siblings are enrolled at our school.
  • The maximum combined discount is 10%
Payment terms

In all cases, an e-invoice for the course fee will be sent to the parent's email address in the student's name, which will be settled by bank transfer. The amount of the monthly instalments is the same each month, regardless of the number of hours in that month.

Our teachers speak the language of children

Our teachers are flexible, enthusiastic and young students who speak the children's language well, motivate them and are able to explain complex problems in a way that they can understand.

Missing and replacement options

Our policy is that if a student is absent, we make sure that they are given the opportunity to make up the missed lessons so that they are not disadvantaged and can catch up on the missed material. In all cases, the head of the school concerned will agree the make-up with the parent. A minimum of 3 free make-ups per term will be provided.

The application process

In the registration interface you can select alternative dates in addition to the preferred date. Please select all suitable dates in the drop-down menu. If none of the available dates are suitable, please contact the school head or select (any) date and enter further information in the NOTE section so that we can find a solution.
