• Half-day camp: 150 euros

• Full day with multisports and board games: 199 euros

• Full day with tennis: 235 euros

• Full day with any Action Sport activity: 235 euros

• Full day with any Promo Sport activity: 235 euros

DISCOUNTS:

• Sibling discount: 5% if two siblings apply together

• Maximum aggregate discount: 5%

PAYMENT: The application will be valid upon payment of a 100 euros advance payment. After receiving the application, we will send an email to the email address provided during registration, with the information required to pay the deposit. When making a transfer, please enter the name of the child, the name of the camp and the start date in the notice box so that your transfer can be identified. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than 1 week before the start date of the camp. Only children whose participation fee is paid can participate in the camp.

If we are unable to hold the selected camp, we will provide you with the opportunity to choose another date or camp type, or to reclaim the deposit you have paid.

We are happy to provide you with a tax declaration (upon request) and to fill in the Mutuality paper that could allow you to receive a partial reimbursement of the costs.

HALF-DAY CAMP

For children in 1st – 3rd Grade Primary

• Drop-off 8h-9h in Logiscool Montgomery. Activities start at 9h. 

• Pick-up at 12h30.

For children in 4th Grade Primary - 2nd Grade Secondary 

• Drop-off between 13h-13h30 in Logiscool Montgomery. Activities start at 13h30. 

• Pick-up at 17h (Garderie possible between 17h-17h30, included in the price)

IMPORTANT: Minecraft Java Edition license is mandatory for the Minecraft camp, not included in the price and needs to be bought by the student prior to the camp (available here: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-edition/).

Full-day camp: Students take part in our "CODING CAMP" in one half of the day, while we provide them with a leisure program in the second half of the day.

• Children from 1st to 3rd grade Primary do the coding activity in the morning (9:00-12:30) and the "extra" activity in the afternoon (13:30-17:00).

• Children older than 4th Primary start the day with the "extra activity" (9:00-12:30) and are coding in the afternoon (13:30-17:00)!

• We use several locations: Logiscool Montgomery for coding; Royal Tennis Club Orée for tennis and swimming; Collège Sacré-Cœur de Lindthout for the activities organized by Promo Sport and Collège Saint-Michel for the activities organized by Action Sport.

• Meals: Please foresee two snacks, lunch and a bottle of water

• Leisure programs: In addition to the digital programs, a variety of leisure activities await children: multisports & board games (in Logiscool and in Cinquantennaire Parc), tennis, swimming, cooking, judo, mini-football, roller, geocaching etc via our partners. On top of training their brains, we make sure that exercise, sports and teamwork are part of their daily activities as well. The leisure program is a half-day, held before or after the digital program, based on the age of the child (i.e., morning or afternoon). We transport the students to the tennis academy by cars and we walk with them to Collège Saint-Michel and Collège Sacré-Cœur de Lindthout . Half-Day Camp: At our half-day camp, students attend a digital program at Logiscool, which can be in the morning (9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for children from 1st to 3rd grade primary) or in the afternoon (1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. for children finishing 4th primary or older).
