Our New Offerings

Alongside our well-known camps, we have many new offerings for kids this year:

GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE Camp (for ages 9-12): In this camp, we provide comprehensive insights into generative AI for children. Through playful activities, we clarify basic concepts related to artificial intelligence, spark their curiosity about the topic, and introduce them to practical applications of generative AI tools.

MINECRAFT MOD MASTERS Camp (for ages 11-13): Participants in this camp will learn about the tools required for Minecraft modding. They can model their unique objects and creatures in a 3D, block-based environment, which they can then equip with special abilities. Through visual programming, they'll also gain insight into the basics of programming - learning about variables, loops, and branches. They can create their own or existing famous characters, unique and famous weapons, or even custom vehicles.

DIGITAL ILLUSTRATION Camp (for ages 8-10): Participants will explore the basics of digital drawing and illustration in this camp. Through exciting collaborative projects, they'll learn about relevant art history and drawing theory. They'll also get a glimpse into the future of digital graphics through 3D representations and various solutions using artificial intelligence.

GAMING EXPLORER Camp: Our Gaming Explorer camp provides an introduction to game development, introducing students to Minecraft, Roblox, RPG Maker, and Scoolcode. They will also participate in an exciting logic game and an escape room challenge.

Additionally, we're excited to introduce the LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 Robotics Camp, where kids can build machines with our intelligent LEGO robots to tackle typical robotics and engineering challenges.

Payment terms

Registration becomes final with a deposit of 30,000 HUF, for which we issue a deposit invoice with payment details. The remaining camp fee will be invoiced electronically and must be transferred no later than 10 days before the chosen camp's start date.

If we are unable to start the chosen camp, we offer the option to choose another date or camp type, or to request a refund of the deposited amount. We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised camps and prices.

Accepted payment methods include OTP, K&H, MKB SZÉP cards. Please indicate in the comments section during registration if you wish to pay with this method. In this case, we cannot provide a discount, and no deposit is required; the full camp fee will be invoiced in the weeks leading up to the camp. In the case of payment with the SZÉP card, if the child cannot participate in the chosen camp, we are unable to refund the amount already paid. However, the amount can be used for any camp, course, or workshop until December 31. 2024, at Logiscool Székesfehérvár school.

Full-day camp with leisure activities

In our all-day camps, thematic "professional" programs are offered in the morning or afternoon at our school, with detailed information available when selecting each camp. In the other half of the day, carefree play and entertainment take place at Koronás Park, swimming and water games at the beach, laser tag, number war, and other interesting team games outdoors, and sports programs on the sports field or playground led by our educational camp leaders and animators.

The locations of the camps are: Logiscool Székesfehérvár, beach (Csitáry G. Emil Swimming Pool and Beach), Koronás Park, Bregyó sports field.

Half-day camp

Our half-day camps take place either in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on the number of participants (striving for a close to equal number of participants in the morning and afternoon sessions). The location of our half-day camps is Logiscool Székesfehérvár, where students participate in thematic "professional" programs with the assistance of our prepared instructors. Duration: morning (8:30-11:45) or afternoon (13:15-16:30) thematic "professional" program. Arrival from 8:00/13:00, departure until 12:00/17:00.

TOVÁBBI RÉSZLETEK

The camp fee does not include the official access required for Minecraft camps, which every child participating in Minecraft camps may need if they wish to continue their projects at home. The purchased access remains the property of the child. License can be purchased at: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-edition

If needed, Logiscool Székesfehérvár can provide licenses for the campers, but only in limited quantities and exclusively for the duration of the camp.

Cancellation

We start groups with a minimum of 6 participants, and the maximum number of participants is 12. Different topics will be offered based on the number of applicants and the available resources and capacities. We continuously communicate with parents in case the selected camp does not start or the group is full, and we discuss alternatives. We will provide information about whether the selected camp will start at a given time at least 2 weeks before the start.

IMPORTANT: We would like to draw the attention of applicants for the half-day camp that, at this stage of applications, we cannot yet specify whether a given half-day camp will be in the morning or the afternoon. This will be determined based on the number of applicants.

The Legal Representative is entitled to cancel the camp without justification subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

- If the cancellation is made by the fifteenth (15th) day before the start of the camp (i.e., the session starts more than 14 days from the date of cancellation), the cancellation fee is 15% of the participation fee;

- If the cancellation is made between the fourteenth (14th) and the sixth (6th) day before the start of the camp, the cancellation fee is 30% of the participation fee;

- If the cancellation request is made from the Wednesday before the camp's start date (i.e., 5 days before the start date), the participation fee will not be refunded. The session can be exchanged for another session within the same summer, depending on availability.

The legal representative is entitled to terminate the Contract and take the student out of the camp after the session has started; in this case, they are not entitled to a refund of the participation fee. If the camper falls ill during the camp and must leave the camp or spend part of the camp days in isolation at the camp location, the camp organizers are not responsible, and this illness does not provide grounds for an extraordinary refund of the camp fee.

If we are unable to hold the selected camp, we offer the option to choose another camp type or request a refund of the paid camp fee (the refund does not apply to payments made with SZÉP cards).

The cancellation date is considered to be the date when the cancellation email arrives at hello.szekesfehervar@logiscool.com.
